A 200 hour registered teacher, Carolyn’s classes combine flow sequences (to enhance strength and flexibility), with restorative postures, pranayama and guided meditation (to bring mind and body into balance).

A GB age-group triathlete, and Ironman 70.3 World-Championship qualifier, Georgie is a keen advocate of the CLASS ethos. With a background in journalism and PR she also oversees our social media and website.

After studying Human Biology with Exercise & Health at University, Liv was initially drawn to yoga for its health benefits. She soon found the spiritual and mindful aspects of the practice an even greater draw, and is now a vinyasa flow and hatha teacher.

Sarah Yoga

Sarah has been practising yoga since she was 7 and became a certified yoga instructor in 2012. She has an MSc in psychology and spent a year researching neuroscience at Harvard University. Sarah likes to combine her science background, yoga passion and love of goddess mythology to lead her students to finding strength, softness and magic on the mat.

Trish has nearly 30 years experience working in the health and wellbeing industry - she started her career teaching aerobics classes in the late 80s! Today her main interest is yoga. Her classes are fun, inclusive and focus on breathing to create space and allow ease of movement.
